2. Prepare the following documents and details in order to continue to step two:
For Applicants with ACSEE –
- Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within the last 2 months
- Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
- You will use your form IV Index number and Form VI Index number for verifications of your education details
- You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.
For Applicants with Foreign Certificate (ACSEE Equivalent) Certificate –
- Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within the last 2 months
- Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
- Prepare a Scanned Education Certificate and a scanned ACSEE Equivalent Certificate
- You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.
For Applicants with Ordinary Diploma/ Equivalent to Ordinary Diploma (FTC & Others)
- Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within the last 2 months
- Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
- Applicant Verification Number (AVN) from NACTE Awards Verification System.
- You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.
The University offers THREE years of programs leading to:
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- Bachelor of Laws
- Bachelor of Public Administration
- Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance and Banking)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Commerce)
D.1 Eligible applicants for Bachelor’s degree programs are required to apply through the KIUT Online Platform, on which the modality and procedures for application will be accessible.

D.2 You are advised to choose the program that you prefer since no change of program will be entertained once admission has been offered.
D.3 All eligible applicants for Bachelor’s Degree programs who studied at KIUT applying for readmission at different levels are required to apply through the online admission system.
D.4 It should be noted that your application will be processed only if the following documents are attached:
(i) A colored passport-size personal photograph taken within the last three months.
